Phedra Redifer serves as the Executive Director of Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas (WSNCT), leading workforce development efforts across a 14-county region with a $130 million annual budget. Since joining in 2021, she has been instrumental in fostering partnerships that drive innovation, securing $425,000 in workforce awards and $9.825 million in rural law enforcement grants. With over 20 years of leadership experience, she holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and is a former Fulbright Scholar. Phedra also serves as Trustee of the U.S. Conference of Mayors Workforce Development Council.
